Chris Pedersen
Chris brings a mix of experience, reliability, and hands-on leadership to every modular flat pack project he touches. With over 30 years in the construction industry and more than 20 years focused specifically on modular flat-pack building around the world, Chris has built just about everything, in just about every condition.
As the President of Maple Leaf Modular Solutions and the driving force behind our CSA accreditation, Chris oversees the full journey of a modular build, from factory floor to finished site. He is deeply involved in each step, making sure every component fits perfectly, every timeline is met, and every structure is delivered exactly as promised.

His deep knowledge of flat-pack and container-based systems, combined with his calm, practical approach, means fewer surprises and first class results. With over 30 years of experience in urban planning, space design, and community development, Donna is a seasoned expert in creating impactful, human-centered environments. Holding a degree in Urban & Regional Planning, Donna has led a wide range of projects across residential, commercial, and civic sectors, with a strong focus on affordable housing and equitable urban growth. Known for combining strategic vision with practical implementation, Donna brings deep technical design expertise and a passion for building inclusive, sustainable communities that serve real people and real needs.

Tommy Buchmann
As a Principal at Centras Engineering, Tommy brings almost 20 years of civil engineering experience and significant knowledge of modular construction. Tommy ensures that every site is ready and prepared to support our custom built modular systems.
Tommy’s blend of experience working in senior leadership positions in local governments such as the City of Surrey, as well as private sector consulting experience, uniquely position him as a trusted partner who can effectively navigate any municipal and regulatory requirements.
With deep expertise in both onsite and offsite civil works, Tommy plays a critical role across all project phases: planning, detailed design, and construction.
